   Proposal Description:
   This project will evaluate how patients transition through the stages of dementia. The aim of this project is to evaluate the rates of change in cognition, functional dependence, and behavioral symptoms within each stage and over the course of the dementia as measured by the clinical dementia rating scale, a global measure of disease severity.
